We collect information you voluntarily submit through our website forms:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message.
  • Careers form: your name, role of interest, LinkedIn profile (optional), CV file, and a cover message.

We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics. We do not collect browsing data, device fingerprints, or any data from third-party sources.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry or business enquiry.
  • Process and evaluate your job application.
  • Contact you with follow-up information directly related to your request.

We will never use your information for unsolicited marketing, sell it to third parties, or share it for advertising purposes.

4. How we store and protect your data

Form submissions are transmitted via AWS API Gateway and Amazon SES (Simple Email Service) and delivered as email to our internal team. We do not maintain a separate customer database. Submissions are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were provided, and are deleted upon request.

5. Third-party services

Form data is processed by Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the EU or US regions, subject to AWS's own Privacy Notice. No other third parties receive your data.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to any personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
